Marion Harris, DVM

 Dr. Marion Harris was born in Bentonville.  Went to grade school in Centerton and High School in Bentonville. He also went to college ant the U of A in Fayetteville and LSU school of Veterinary Medicine.      

He is married with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Active in local church (Bentonville Nazarene Church), 4-H, and FFA activities. He enjoys spending time with his family, going fishing and woodworking!  Also a Hog and Cardinal fan!
From May '79 to July '80 he worked at the Mayfield Animal Clinic and in August 1980 opened his own veterinary practice in Gravette, AR called Harris Veterinary Clinic.  In July '05 moved his practice across town and partnered with Dr. James Benson DVM to open CountryView Animal Care Center.


James Benson, DVM

 Dr. James Benson was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. He spent 5 years in the Army then returned to school.  In 1973 he came to Arkansas to visit and ended up staying.  He earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science from the U of A.  He played Rugby for the U of A, Auburn, and Miss. State. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Tuskegee Institute in 1983.  He has practiced in Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas (Little Rock and Fayetteville). In 1992, he finally settled back in Gravette and started working for Dr. Harris.  In 2005, he partnered up with Dr. Harris and they established CountryView Animal Care Center.
He and his brother have a farm together raising cattle. He enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews. He's also a NY Yankee and U of A fan. He's always had dogs, cats and other creatures growing up.  He truly enjoys his profession, meeting new people and caring for their animals.  He says he would only change his profession to fishing and camping!


Stacey Rodine, DVM


 Angie Walker:
Has worked for Dr. Harris since 1983 and enjoys her work. She raises Simmental and Simmental cross cattle and loves to ride horses!  She has many pets – dogs, cats, a goat, chickens, ducks, and even donkeys!  She's perfectly content with working on the farm and spending time with friends and family!

Missy Hall:
She is the Office Manager and has been with the clinic for 14 years.  Through this time has done  a lot of rescue work with animals.
Was born and raised in Gravette; the family has been here since 1902, so needless to so Gravette is a very important place for her. She has 2 sons, a stepdaughter, a stepson, and 14 ½  grandchildren.  She is active in her church and with her family. She has 2 English bulldogs- “Daisy” and “Pumpkin Pants”, a miniature aussie-”Jude”, a lab mix-”Red”, and a baby dachshund-”Stanley”, and two cats-”Stormy” and “Jett”

Barbie Ogle:
Has worked for CountryView for 8 years. She's always had animals growing up, the family always called her “Ellie Mae”.  She has known Dr. Harris and Angie all her life and finds working with animals a very rewarding job!
She is married to Clayton and has 2 kids- Casey and CJ. She has 4 dogs, horses, ducks, chickens, geese, and a squirrel.

Karrie Hanger:
Has worked at CountryView for 4 years and has enjoyed every bit of it, she loves being around animals!  She has an awesome dog named “Lurch” and many more the she has adopted during her time here.  She has horses, cattle, and plans on having a bunch more.  She's currently attending school at Crowder College in Neosho, MO, but is still unaware of what career path to choose.

Ashley Bohananon:
Has worked for CountryView for 4 years.  She loves her job and really enjoys working with animals.  She has 2 dogs- “Morgan” and “Grace” and a raccoon named “Ralph.”
She has recently graduated High School and will soon be attending Nursing School!
